So. Very. Pointless.
But pointlessness is fun.

I knew I'd do it. Do what, I hear you cry (actually, I hear nothing of the sort, just cooling fans and the sound of footsteps as my landlady returns from work, and my own typing, and Weiss Kreuz image songs, but I've never been one to let the facts get in the way of my rhetoric, oh no. Not me). I have done what I told you I would do, simply because I needed a break from sitting staring at the screen and desperately trying to write 'cute BL fluff', which I am terrible at.

I made a color bar.

This is all your fault, Photobucket.com
Ken is constantly pissy love

No reason behind it whatsofreakingever. I just did it because I had a serious case of writers block and was bored of staring into space like a complete airhe I could. But if my stated intention was to make myself giggle like a crackhead then mission accomplished.

It's meant to be bigger. Meant to be. But my journal layout didn't like the bigger version and decided to make me resize it because, being the fangirl loon pathetic case that I am, I decided that I was going to upload the damned thing anyway because I like it like that.

Which means that, along with everyone else in the entire world ever, I now have a photobucket account. Which probably also means that I will end up making more colorbars just because I can. And adding images to my LJ posts for exactly the same reason. Yes, yes, I know I have a domain. But this way is better and doesn't eat my bandwidth.

... must not upload insane official Weiss character art found on last trawl through the wild wild world of the Internet. Must. Not. I blame the [livejournal.com profile] schuken community for that one. One of their colorbars had a blatant fanservice Ken image I'd never seen on it, and that would never do. Much as I love that image, though, I must not upload it to Photobucket and spam my LJ with it. That would just be stupid.

Must not make Ken mood icon theme thingy either.

Many apologies to [livejournal.com profile] quentin_w, by the way, for jumping shamelessly on your fannish bandwagon and borrowing one of your own color bars to use as a template so that I knew how big the things normally were. Not of course that this did me any good whatsoever given that I ended up resizing the thing so LJ didn't have a heart attack every time it tried to load up my page. Which of course it still will in lower screen resolutions but what the heck, there's nothing I can do about that.

Mwahaha. The pointlessness that is the Da Vinci Code of colorbars spreads like Nutella.
